Initial structure of life origin is fabric of computation .. a virtual spread with energy points : nodes.. which are determined by physical laws at Information , Energy equations.
In small world of our cognitive awareness this is processed in brain neuronal circuits in form of signal pulse and action potentials.
Visual images , audible sound or any other somatic-sensory inputs like : touch ,pain as cognition are same like ‘rain drops falling on water pond surface’ .. creating ripples of perceptual activity in neural nets. Somatosensory cortex of brain is the ‘first skin of mind’ ..to find limits and boundaries.
All of these inputs are instantly reciprocated , proactively with analytical magic and predictive power our brain intelligence, filters into modules as grids, kernel, and questions..
Self internally predictions and external sensory inputs ‘Contents’ are matched in shape, color , orientations..and relations , to the ‘Context’ and its valence . It helps to build overall synchronized and factual concepts.
Matching predictions are reinforced in object identification and recognition. Visual occipital cortex builds integrated images by merging together all components .Steps of hierarchy rules followed ,while live simultaneous sensations are arriving for inclusion, like more edges ,color into final version of shape of objects.
Now all of these are being ‘ recorded live’ on a wonder scratchpad of ‘torus’ like platforms …almost with unlimited memory capacity. Working units in it has ‘Grids’,which have hexagonal shapes due to balanced neuronal electrical potential properties.
Encoded memory and predictive model information are always compared , integrated into higher concepts of relevant ‘ self ‘ ,an inner model generated to interact with outer world reality.
Attention is the most powerful tool that scans both : live experience with past memory . Attractors are centered within the hexagonal grids ,and glides on torus surface .
The generated cobweb of attractors as vector trajectories like constellations of grouped episodic memories is seen most prominently at CA3-CA1 loops in hippocampus.
In coordination with Thalamo-Cortical loops’ TC Loops’ connecting pre frontal’ PFC’ and other zones of cortical network …creation of concept model as ‘Mind’ arises. Which is capable of..’ Intention to act’ ..directing all self motives around rewards and valence.
Brain rhythms as alpha create windows to interact and action .Important brain regions as Striatum, thalamus, different Cortical segment cooperate …and goals as agency materialize….

Fire and Wire principle.
Notice the pulse -
it is not signal.
It is potential,
waiting for something to ask of it.
This is where all cognition is born.
Wetware equivalent:
neurons at rest,
mitochondria firing,
myelin awaiting charge.

Raw data falls like monsoon rain.
Text glyphs, image patches, waveforms -
the world pressing itself
against the surface of awareness.

from intention to structure.

Inside the ghost of the torus,
a sphere of memory forms.
Every experience
leaves a constellation here.
Branching paths = schemas
Nodes = episodic anchors
Arcs = causal relations
The web is the model.
The system is not remembering.
It is simulating -
running futures forward,
testing probable worlds
before committing to one.

The mind rehearses
what it has not yet lived.
Scene VI — The Gating Rings
Concentric rings open and close
like the iris of an eye -
deciding what reaches
the inner world,
and what does not.
The inner hex columns
echo Scene IV -
the same representational
units, now gated
by value and salience.
The gold pulse is reward.
It travels the rings
to say: this mattered.
Do more of this.
Suppress the rest.
Striatum selects.
GPi suppresses.
Thalamus releases.
Action crystallises.
Scene VII — The Interface Cortex
The floating hexagonal plane
is the final translation layer -
where intention becomes
language becomes act.

toward the torus of meaning.
